Processing Time
Every clock is handmade to order. Please allow 2–7 days for your item to be crafted and prepared for shipment before it leaves our workshop. During high-demand periods (such as holidays), processing times may run slightly longer — we'll keep you updated if this affects your order.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delays
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
